Objective Research of investigating the expression of c-FLIP, BCL-2 and Ki-67 in bladder carcinomas in relation to tumor grade, stage and growth type; To investigate these factors in relation to patient outcome in bladder carcinomas; And then to provide theory evidence theoretically for judgment on evaluation of the tumor and prognosis of patient with bladder carcinomas.Method The expression of c-FLIP, BCL-2 and Ki-67 was quantified immunohisto-chemically in paraffin-embedded tumor tissues from 56 patients for whom clinical information was available. The relationship between their expression and histological findings and the effect of these factors on clinical outcome was assessed by SPSS12.0 software.Result Positive incidence of expression in bladder carcinomas was detected for c-FLIP, BCL-2 and Ki-67 was in 64% (36/56) ,43% (24/56) and 59% (33/56) of cases, respectively; The Positive expression of c-FLIP and BCL-2 affected the advancing stage significantly (p=0.012, p=0.035); The Positive expression of Ki-67 affected the tumor grade, stage and growth type significantly (p=0.048, p=0.020);...
