Objectives: To discuss the clinical use of uroflowmetry.Methods: There were 1 619 patients measured with uroflowmetry including 792patients with benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), 34 patients after TURP, 15 patientswith urethral stricture, 778 patients who complained voiding difficultly but had noapparent causes.Results: Seven categories were concluded depending on the uroflowmetry curvesand data.Conclusions: Uroflowmetry has great value in diagnosis of Urination disorders.
