ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics of the patients suffering from subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with the normal Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) results.MethodsThe clinical materials in 37 cases of patients suffering from SAH with normal DSA were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAmong them, there were only 4 cases (10.81%) with the complication of consciousness disturbance and local neurological deficits; In the Brain CT scan, the SAH patients with normal DSA results generally showed bleeding in the perimesencephalic cistern (21 cases, 56.76%), or bleeding in the interpeduncular cistenu quadrigeminal cistern and posterior longitudinal fissure;Their prognosis is better in 33 cases (89.18%), and only 2 cases suffered from cerebral infarction and 2 cases had been bleeding again at their hospitalization.ConclusionThe patients suffered from SAH with normal DSA results had low impact on the consciousness disturbance and local neurological deficits. Their early brain CT scan is normal or only bleeding in the perimesincephalic. The incidence of complications is low and the prognosis is good. Because there is difference of clinical characteristics between the SAH patients with abnormal DSA results, it is necessary to repeat the check of DSA. |
