| Objective: To observe the clinical resolutin of photorejuvenation of photodamaged skin by IPL and 755nm laser. Methods: A total of 189 patients were treated with a series of five or more full-face treatments using IPL and 755nm laser internated. After the treatement, the patient and the treating physicians subjectively evaluated improvement in five aspects including color of the face, telangiectasia, pore, pigmentation and skin texture. Results: Evaluation five aspects according to comprehensive evaluation of the patient and physicians, and compared to the first score the second score is lower (P<0.001). Conclusion : Full-face photorejuvennation using IPL and 755nm laser is not only effective but is also associated with fewer post-treatment complication than other more invasive modalities.we conclude that IPL and 755nm laser can be the basis for safe and effective skin rejuvenation.
