As a plastic surgery of aedea, penis lengthening surgery is performed to rectify the short-penis abnormality, increase the length and resume its normal function mainly for those people with inborn short-penis abnormality and those with scar contracture and coloboma after all kinds of trauma, burn of penis. This kind of operation may also make penile appearance and function better for normal person. According to many years' clinical observation and other people's report, we find that with any kind of operation method, edema of prepuce remains to be the most frequent and difficult complication to dispose.With an objective to prevent edema maximatily by exploring the structure of adult penis vein and lymph vessel , the experiment was to perform vascular casting , indirect-injection of lymph vessel , HE staining and dissection to observe their anatomic structure.Main results are:(1) Proximal 1/3 lateral area of penis is advised for injection of cavernosum body because those most important blood vessels including superficial dorsal vein, deep dorsal vein, dorsal artery are all distributed on the dorsal side and circum-veins are found only in the 2/3 distal end area.(2) parenteral solution of glans, prepuce is found only in the dorsal superficial vein, dorsal and lateral lymph vessel which centralize at dorsal root of penis not in the ventro-vessel. So we think: edema regurgitation after penis lengthening surgery has a close relation with the dorsal superficial vein, dorsal and lateral lymph vessel whose damnification slowers its fadeaway to a certain extent. With this result, our professor Li reform the old incision for less damnification of dorsal and lateral lymph vessel. The upgraded method is successful because edema began to drop on the third day after operation and totally disappear on about the seventh day.Any clinical topic is done just for one purpose which is serving the clinic. The experiment has done it. That's the role of this topic.
