| Objective:To investigate the clinical value of real time gray-scalecontrast ultrasonography for diagnosis and treatment of focal hepaticlesions.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with One hundred and sixtyseven focal hepatic lesions were examined with CnTI mode imaging afteran intravenous administration of SonoVue. The results of CEUS werecompared with that of conventional ultrasound ,helical CECT andpathology.Results : The accuracy rate of CEUS for diagnosing focal hepaticlesions(89.8%) was significantly higher than that of conventionalultrasound (53.3 %) as well as CECT(75 %), P< 0.01. The sensitivity,Speciality ,Positive predictive value and negative predictive value ofSonovue-CEUS for diagnosing liver focal lesions were 94.6%,80%,90.6% and 88%,respectively.Conclusion: CEUS can significantly improve the accuracy rate fordiagnosing focal hepatic lesions and the effect of intervention treatmentof liver malignant tumors.So it is very important in clinical application. |
