Objective: To explore the relationship between INH_B-ACT_A-FS levels in follicular fluid and parameters of IVF.Methods: follicular fluid levels of INHb-ACTa-FS of IVF were determined by a solid quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique(Sandwich ELISA), the correlations between every factors and parameters of IVF were analyzed.Results: (1)in the group of more than 10 oocytes retrieved, the age , FSH levels on the second day , ACT_A levels in follicular fluid were lower than those group which had lower than 10 oocytes retrieved, but those INH_B, FS levels in follicular fluid were higher; (2)INH_B levels in follicular fluid were negatively correlated with age, FSH levels on the second day,but they were positively correlated with the number of oocytes retrieved, fertilization eggs and differentiation; (3)ACT_A levels in follicular fluid were negatively correlated with the number of oocytes, fertilization eggs and differentiation ;(4)FS levels in follicular fluid were positively correlated with the length of endometry.Conclusion: INHb-ACTa-FS system were closely correlated with the follicular development, and they may serve as effective markers of ovary response and outcome of IVF.The levels and significance of INHB in serum, peritoneal fluid, and cysticfluid of patients with endometriosisObjective: To evaluate the levels of inhibinB in serum, peritoneal fluid, and cysticfluid of patients with endometriosis (EMs).Methods: Serum, peritoneal fluid and cystic fluid levels of inhibinB were determined by a solid quantitative sandwith enzyme immunoassay technique(Sandwith ELISA) both in follicular phase EMs group and in controls, and relationship between the two groups and with the staging of EMs were analysed.Results: Mean(±SEM) concentrations of inhibinB in serum, peritoneal fluid were higher(p<0. 05) in EMs (285±96pg/ml, 328±84pg/ml) than controls(192±85pg/ml, 225 + 58pg/ml). In EMs women, concentrarions of inhibinB in cystic fluid were higher than that ofserum ^ peritoneal fluid, furthermore, nonparametric correlations analysis demonstrated that theinhibinB serum levels were positively correlated with the staging of EMs.Conclusion: It was suggested that the levels of inhibinB were greatly raised in serum, peritoneal fluid and cystic fluid of patients with endometriosis, and the inhibinB serum levels were positively correlated with the staging of EMs.
