In order to provide judging by experiment for clinic we investigated the anti-tumor effect of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. F(TWHF) and Brucea Jauanica L Merr(BJLM). The experiment animal is tumor mouse, which was injected S180 and H22 tumor cells.By injecting TWHF into the tumor of experimental mouse with S180 and H22 tumor cells, We investigated the effect of TWHF on Ratio of tumor inhibited, Living phases,SOD,MDA,Thymus index,Spleen index, IL-2,and the change of Pathomorphology and Ultrastracture. We also investigated the effect of BJLM on Ratio of tumor inhibited, Living phases,Thymus index,Spleen index.The main results are as follows: 1.TWHF could increase Ratios of tumor inhibited in S180-bearing mice and H22-bearing mice. 2.TWHF could increase Living phases in Siso-bearing mice and H22-bearing mice. 3.TWHF could increase SOD in S180-bearing mice and decrease MDA in S180-bearing mice. 4.TWHF could decrease Thymus index,Spleen index and IL-2 in Siso-bearing mice. 5.Histological examination revealed massive necrosis with some degenerated tumor cells. 6.Under the electric microscope the cellular opoptosis signs could be seen in the tumor of TWHF group. 7.BJLM could increase Ratios of tumor inhibited in S180-bearing mice. 8.BJLM could increase Living phases in S180-bearing mice. 9.BJLM could increase Thymus index and Spleen index in S180-bearing mice.These results suggested that TWHF has the function of killing tumor cells directly and inducing tumor cells opoptosis. These results also suggested that BJLM can inhibite S180 tumor cells and the the mechanism may be regulating immunity system function.
