| Langchangping granule is a new preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which consists of herba Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis,herba Radix Notoginseng,herba Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, herba Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae,herba Radix Arnebiae,herba Radix Saposhnikovia.lt has the function of activating blood flow and removing blood stasis and exepilling wind ,dredging channel and clearing away heat to stop bleeding. Therefore it can be used to cure systemic lupus erythem atosus .With the guidance of the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Langchuangping granules was studied on pre-clinical pharmacy with modern pharmaceutical technology. For the demand of clinic,the form of drug was chosen as granule.on he basis of the function and treatment as well as the characters of component of the herbs,the optimum extract conditions about alcohol-extract and water-extract were selected by using orthogonal design which use quit a few assessing norms to evalueate them comprehensively.After that the quality standard of the Compound Langchuangping granule was finished .Determine the content of matrine in Langchuangping granule by HPLC.Use TLC to identify herba Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, herba Radix Notoginseng, herba Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,herba Radix Gentianae Macophyllae, herba Radix Saposhnikoviae,herba Caulis Mahoniae,Herba radix ZanthoXyli. Then the preliminary stability was fulfilled .that research indicates that the technique of preparation was reasonable and practical,the standard was controllable and the quality of the sample were steady as well. |
