| Stroke is a kind of clinical common disease .And its onset is often leaves behind much aftereffect in different degree. So it is one of the disease that endanger the health of people age 45 or over .In recent years ,researchers apply modern scientific technique to study Traditional Chinese medicine compound which can curve stroke ,and they have made great progress .We apply the principle of Chinese drugs in a prescription and select the affective element colliding with the main function in the monarch drug , minister drug , assistant drug and guide drug.In this study the Astragaloside IV as index was chosen, and with HPLC-ELSD method the content of Astragaloside IV was determined. The determination result of Astragaloside IV in new capsule is 0.51 mg·ml-1.There were three-different-dose remedy in branchychronic stasis model of rats. Then studied the effect of three-different-dose remedy on brachychronic stasis model of rats .Draw the conclusion:NaoXinKang capsule has the effect on restrain the thrombosis of rats . Duration of congulation time and restrain platelet aggregation of rats. It also has the effect on rats' brain ischemic and alleviate the blood viscosity,blood pachemia , blood congulation of brachychtonic stasis model of rats .
