Object: to reveal brain protective mechanism of moxibustion preconditioning, break fresh ground for cerebrovascular disease.Measure: this experiment divided 78 rats into five groups randomly: normal control group, sham-opration group, ischemic group , ischemic preconditioning group , moxibustionpreconditioning group , 24 48 72h after operation ; use immunohistochemistry and ISH technique to detect Bcl-2 Bax protein expression .Result: â‘ Bcl-2 protein expression increase significantly after moxibustion preconditioning, the peak appeared ahead of time which was remarkable differences comparied with ischemic group. â‘¡As comparied with ischemic group protein expression should no remarkable .Conclusion: â‘  moxibustion preconditioning can delay or abolish the further advance , increase the tolerance of ischemic brain tissue about a series of metabolic disturbances, increase the survival rate of neure , to improve the outlook.â‘¡moxibustion preconditioning can prevent apoptosis in cerebral cortex. â‘¢ moxibustion preconditioning can prevent apoptosis of brain ischemia by increasing Bcl-2 protein expression. (4) moxibustion preconditioning protect ischemic brain tissue by increasing the antioxidant.
