But in fact,they have some defects in recent years People are trying to probe and find a newer and better material of replacement Our experiment,we apply tjegn san to study the experiment of self-bone transplantations of rabbits relovering bone union.Object:Observe the improving function that self-bone implant of rabbits recover bone union with Jiegn San.Method:this experiminent is divided into two processes,Firstl, the modle of bone fracture has moulded at the middle part of rabit's radins with operation ; Second,on the basement of successful modles ,the modle rabits are divided into three groups:the blank groups,the controling group and the groups of taking Jiegn son orally (experim ent group) with the help of x-ray, histological sections and biomechanical analyse,observe the experiment results.Result:The intensity of taking Jiegn san orally group are prominently superior to that in intact control group(P<0.05).Corclusion:The proliferation of osteoblasts arund the fragments of radius and the healing of fractures can be promoted with taking Jie gu San orally.
