Observe The Efficacy Of "Xingnao Kaiqiao" Method In Poststrokedepression (PSD)

In order to reveal the cure effect of using acupuncture and moxibustion to cure Poststrokedepression (PSD) and discuss the original pathogenesis of this disease. This article firstly trace the original of depression in theory.Chiefly narrate the pathogeny of PSD using the traditional Chinese medical science. Provide the basis of theory to support using the way of acupuncture and moxibustion to cure PSD that make the brain clear.By the way of clinically curing one hundred PSD sufferers this study observes and compares the acupuncture and moxibustion of making the brain clear with clinically curative effect of routine treatment which uses Chlorinexiting of Western medicine in internal nerve.Methods: Making one hundred PSD sufferers stochastically divide into two contrastive parts :using acupuncture and moxibustion and taking Chlorinexiting 50 person in each group. Testing according to CCMD-IFR, HAMD before curing and the treatment will last for eight weeks.Results: 1 The basic pathogeny of PSD are composed of disordered spirit and will , liver is out of catharsis , imbalance of nerve in brain. Thus presented our arguments from a point on brain and liver. The principle of curing is making the brain clearly, adjusting the spirit and unblocking the liver instead of traditionally curing from heart, liver and spleen, and routine treatment in Western medicine.2 To establish firmly the technique of acupuncture that makes the brain clearly adjusts the nerve and makes the liver catharsis.
