Objective:In order to illustrate the role of Pue which are extracted from GeGen inatherosclerosis and their mechanism and the different target, we use HCY-inducedcultured ECV-304 to research for the effect of the monome on ECV304's correlativefactors.Methods:By culturing ECV-304 , We established the HCY-induced cell injury model. Atthe same time, the biochemistry , RT-PCR , radioimmunoassay methods were used toanalyze the expression of cell which was cultured with different denses of Pue ofnuclear AT1R, AT2R of ECV304 and the content of NO,ET-1 , Ang II or IL-8 in thecultural medium.Results:1.By establishing the injury model of ECV-304 , the effects of HCY on this model were detected by current medical method which was significant when the density of HCY was 10 mmol/1. This effect could be inhibited by E2 and high density of Pue. Pue can suppress the HCY-induced cell injury in different extents.2.The results of biochemical and the radioimmunoassay methods showed that the factors such as ET-1 , Ang II and IL-8 were increased when exposed to HCY, but the factors NO was decreased. E2 and high density of Pue can improve the disorder of the vascular activity substances .3.The results of RT-PCR method showed that the expression of the mRNA of AT]R or AT2R was significantly enhanced by 4.88 folds or 1.87 folds in the model group .Comparing with the control group, the expression of the mRNA of AT1R or AT2R with the treatment of E2, high density of Pue or low density of Pue were decreased by about 0.46or0.33, 0.33 or0.27 , 0.31 or 0.30 folds,.Conclusion:...
