Objective: To investigate the Changes and significance on the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi and on the contents of CCK in the blood of cholelitiasis Methods: The activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi and the contents of CCK in the blood were determined in 42 patients with gallstone and 12 control. Results: 1 .The contents of CCK in the blood of the patients with gallstone were significantly higher than that in the control ,it were 17. 36 ±3.31ng/L and 11. 31 ± 3. 20ng/L respectively. 2.The activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi in the patients with gallstone were significantly lower than that in the control , it were 27. 89 ±'1.80 fmol/mgmembrane protein, 0.61 ±0.08 nmol/L and 37. 05 ± 3. 98fmol/mgmembrane protein, 0.53 + 0.06 nmol/L respectively. 3.1 he contents of CCK in the blood and the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi were 15.27+ 2. 03ng/L, 30. 02 + 1 . 25fmo L/mgmembrane protein and 0. 58±0. 08nmol/L in the patients with primarily common duct stones, 17. 78 + 4. 08 ng/L, 28. 40 + 6.54 fmol/mgmembrane protein and 0.61±0.08nmol/L in the patients with cholecystolithiasis and common duct stones accompany, 18.22 ± 2. 79ng/L, 26.18 + 3.83 fmol/mgmembrane protein and 0.630.08nmol/L in the patients with primarily calculus of intrahepatic duct. The contentsof CCK in the blood in the different groups with calculus of bile duct were significant higher than those in control, while the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi were significant lower than those in control. The degree of the decrease of the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Odd were diferenet .It were the most higher in the group with primary common duct stonesand and .It were higher in the group with cholecystolithiasis and common duct stones than that in the group wnli primarv calculus of intrahepatic duct. 4. .The contents of CCK in the blood and the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi were 16.68 + 3. 1 3 ng/L, 28. 89 + 4. Slfmol/mgmembranc protein and 0.60 ±0. 09nmoJ/L in the patients with Sphincter of Odd angusty and calculus of bile duct , 19. 30+ 1. 63ng/L, 24. 67 + 3. 19 fmol/mgmembrane protein and 0. 65 + 0. 09nmol/l, in the patients with calculus of bile duct and without Sphincter of Odd angusty . The degree of the decrease of the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Odd in the patients with was significant higher than that of the group with calculus of bile duct and without Sphincter of Odd angusty . Conclusion: 1.There are CCK acceptors in the Sphincter of Oddi, and the acceptors have activity. The decrease of the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi induce cholestatis, which accelerate the formation of gallstone.2.The decrease of ihe activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Oddi are in all groups with calculus of bile duct and with cause the breakdown of the Sphincter of Oddi function. The degree of the decrease of the activity and contents of CCK acceptors in Sphincter of Odd were diferenet .It were the most higher in the group with primary common duct stonesand and .It were higher in the group with cholecystolithiasis and common duct stones than that in the group with primary calculus of intrahepatic duct.3. .The activity and...
