Test management is a complicated systematic project, thus it is the precondition and basis of adaptability test management to recognize and master the characters and test rules of adult medical higher education. Owing to the misguidance of traditional values, test management for adult medical higher education characterized by empiric experiences, random and " popular education model" is short of science, directiveness and practical effectiveness, and has neglected the characters of "adult, with full-time job and medical", which can not effectively exert the function of tests, thus becomes the barrier of medical talents' growth.After the case investigation of test management, we find the following problems: I: The problem of test management objectives. The value choice of test is deviated and shares the trend of "popular education model", the test standard is in random, the objectives of test management can not be achieved to a certain extent; II: The problem of test contents choice. The teaching syllubas are not complete, the methods of choosing test contents are not scientific, the range and direction of choice are deviated from educational objectives. Test contents share the character of " popular education model" and are disconnected with teaching requirement, which work against the consistency principles of learning, teaching, testing and practicality. III: The problem of test approaches and means of acdemic achievements evaluation. The test methods are rigid and the approaches to acdemic achievements evaluation are monotonous, which are limited into only one quantative terminal evaluation method, thus neglecting the clinical practice check with high practicality of medical sciences and harmful to the overall development of medical students. IV: The problem of test management administrative personnel. The management administrative personnel with better quality of educational theories and good command of management knowledge as well as full devotion to test management are in great short, which is embodied in that the test management personnel are short and overloaded, and share the character of "part-time job", their related knowledge is monotonous in deciplinary structure, their construction is short of overall programming; V: The problem of test...
