Objective: To discuss the curative effect of 32P-colloid on lung cancer metastasis loci of subcutaneous lymph nodes. Methods: 44 clinically diagnosed lung cancer patients with metastasis of subcutaneous lymph nodes were selected, and 28 patients simultaneously in chemotherapy were selected as controls. Lymph node surface was disinfected routinely, and 32P-colloid injection was injected with 5ml one-off injector. Two months after the injection of 32P-colloid, an uncured lymph node and a cured one with fibrosis node were taken out for pathological examination, and compared with patients who simultaneously accepted simple chemotherapy treatment. Results: Among the 44 patients, one-time curative rate was 52.27%, two-time cumulative curative rate was 70.45%, and total effective rate was 100%. It was obviously better than simultaneous simple chemotherapy. One-time curative rate of small cell lung cancer was obviously higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.
