Hepatic cirrhosis is the common clinical disease of digestivesystem,it has many causes, most of them are alcohols cirrhosis andhepatitis's cirrhosis, they cause the hepatic tissue destroy andregeneration continuously, finally ,the hepatic structure andfunction are injured ,and lead to secondary change of othersystems: vein varicosity of esophagus and changes of abdomenorgans, kidney, lung and brain, which may result in the high deathrate of cirrhosis. At the same time, there are obvious change inhyper dynamic change and heart changes in the cirrhotic patients, which bring up a new clinical disease-cirrhotic cardiomyopathy,it has been regarded as one of the complications of later stagecirrhosis. At present ,there are some research about the cardiacdiastolic function and the ventricular diameter change, and thesechanges are getting more serious with the hepatic disease gettingworse. It has been found by autopsy that cardiomyocyte presenceedema, inflammation, necrosis and so on,the systolic functionunder exercise and medicine were abnormal. To find out themyocardial change and the cardiac function change(which includesystolic and diastolic),we use new ultrasonographic methodsaccessing the homodynamic abnormalities and correspondingfunctional and myocardial changes in chronic hepatitis andcirrhotic patients , and discuss its clinical value. AcousticDensitometry technology, base on the integrate back scatter, whichare via anglicizing the intensity of integrate back scatter in certainmyocardial area to find out change of physical matter. AcousticDensitometry technology can be used exactly to analysis themyocardial change in hypertension and myocardial infarctions. Teiindex, which was brought out by a foreign scholar in 1995 , Tei=(ICT+IRT)/ET , it also be called myocardial performence index,it can be used to access the cardiac function in congenital heartdisease and heart failure patents ,which were proved to be acorrect,no interferences method in evaluating cardiac function. Now,there are no reports about the cirrhotic patients by these twomethods in ultrasound. So in this study ,we use these two methodsinvestigated 28 patients which were definitely diagnosed aschronic hepatitis,34 patients which were definitely diagnosed aslater stage hepatic cirrhosis and 30 normal persons ofcorresponding ages as controls, respective calculate the AD indexand Tei index. Results shows that Tei index and IRT/ET of cirrhoticgroup are higher than the normal group and chronic hepatitis(P<0.05) , the AD index (IBS%)in cirrhotic group is lower thanthat in control group (P<0.01).There are no difference of...
