| Infertility is a major medical and social problem in the world . In recent years the incidence of women infertility is significantly increased with complicated etiology and treatment.One of the main causes of infertility is the dysfunction of endocrine.The content of ER and PR in the endometrium is lower than the normal in the infertile patients with dysfunction of ovulation. Climophene is the main drug to increase the ovulation. Its ovulation rate is 55-99%.It is the antagnist of estrogen receptor.It significantly decreases ER ,PR in the endometrium and influences the nidation. Its pregnancy rate is 25-49%.So the single use of climophene to increase the ovulation cannot reach the purpose of pregnancy. How to decrease the side effects of climophene,and increase the pregnancy rate lacks systemic and general research at domestic and abroad. In this research, according to the mechanism of ovulation and the mechanism of functions of climophene and estrogen,we study the combined function of climophene ,small dose of estrogen and progesterone on ER and PR in the endometrium,and also that of clinical use. Objective: to compare the effects of climophene citrate(CC) and CC+estrogen on the thickness of endometrium, estrogen receptors and progesterone receptors in glandular,epithelial,stromal cells of endometrium,and ovulation rates. Methods: observe 30 anovulative infertile women for 2 menstrul cycles.they took CC 50 mg/day for 5 days continuously.in the second menstrual cycle ,they took CC in the same way,and peimeili(a kind of natural eatrogen ) 0.30mg/day from the 2th day of the first menstrual cycle for 9 days continuously.then two groups of endometrium were taken separately in the late proliferative phase to measure the thickness of endome trium ,ER ,Prconten-ts on the endometrium patologically.BBT(Basal Body Temperature)was also measured.use color ultrasona graph to measure the dominant folicles and changes of sex hormones in the blood to detrmine the ovulation...
