Clinical And Experimental Study Of Treating Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis By Freeing Opening And Removing Turbidity

Objective: It is thinks that the key pathogen of chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) is turbidity accumulation and the essence orifice stasis, and then it is raised that the treatment of freeing opening and removing turbidity (FORT). They are observed in clinic and experiment that the effect and the machinery function of the therapy of FORT. Method: There are 75 cases in this study. The patients are separated in the remedy group ("tongqiao daozhuo" granule, TQDZG) and the control group (qianliekang). It is observed that the improving of the two groups in symptom, physical sign, WBC of prostatic fluid, lecithin corpuscle, bacteria cultivation etc and the effect of TQDZG of restrain bacteria and anti-inflammatory (RBAI) by the test of restrain bacteria in vitro and the result of big rat's CBP model. Result: The remedy group has an efficient rate of 89.5%; otherwise, the control group has of 67.6%. There exist marked difference between them (P<0.01). Results of experiment show that the TQDZG has significant affect of RBAI, which provides pharmacological evidence for clinical treatment. Conclusion: The way of FORT has batter effect in improving symptom and RBAI, which is a good method to treat CBP.
