| Objective: The pathology mechanism of amino neurotransmitter in centrum is the key problem to the etiology of premenstrual syndrome(PMS),and is the key problem to develop the therapeutics of PMS too.The present paper is to investigate the mechanism of serotonergic(5-HT) system and dopaminergic(DA) system in brain of liver-qi sthenic symptom complex of premenstrual syndrome(PMS) with the rat model on the basis of the prevenient research. The research is to provide new systemic data for the etiology of liver-qi sthenic symptom complex of PMS,to make reparation for the scarcity of the researches which only investigate single index or single arrangement. The research will enrich the liver controlling catharsis theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and provide evidence to manufacture new drugs which can do function to many targets.Method:Test tyrosine hydroxylase(TH),tyrptophane hydroxylase(TPH),monoamine oxidase(MAO),5-HT(1A)receptor, 5-HT(2B)receptor,D3 receptor in hypothalamus and limbic system with immunohistochemistry of rat model of liver-qi sthenic symptom complex of PMS,then discuss the role of every index and the relationships among the indexes in the pathology mechanism of liver-qi sthenic symptom complex of PMS.Result:There are notable differentia between the model group and normal group withMAO and TPH in hypothalamus and MAO in limbic system (p<0.05) ;Jingqianping... |
