Research On The Mouse Model With Kidney Yang Deficiency And Effects Of Shen Qi Bolus On It

Objective: Following the classic theories of TCM, establish the male mouse model with kidney yang deficiency, and to study the effects of Jin Gui Shen Qi Bolus on it and explore the related mechanism. Methods: It is used by excess sexual activity and tired excessiveness to establish the male mouse model with kidney yang deficiency, and then to treat the male mouse of the treatment group with Jin Gui Shen Qi Bolus. Results: the male mouse models show the obvious clinic syndrome of kidney yang deficiency as follow: spirit not flapping, body emaciated, skin not chatoyantly, hating cold, activity reducing, tend to hustling together, responding muff, etc. The weight of the testicle, thymus gland and kidney are becoming small comparing the control group. The containment of T, E₂, T₃ and T₄ in the blood become lower. As for the treatment group, the above conditions are obviously getting better. Conclusions: The male mouse model with kidney yang deficiency established by excess sexual activity and tired excessiveness is evident. And Jin Gui Shen Qi Bolus has an effective treatment on kidney yang deficiency syndrome.
