Purpose: To study increasing the diagnosis level in cerebral pre-infarction phase in advance, the incidence of cerebral infarction will decrease. Methods: Because there is a character of higher sensitive in diagnosis of cerebral ischemia, a study on contrasting analysis and stages and diagnostic regression equation built was conducted by contrasting enhanced cerebral perfusion and diffusion and other techniques for 18 cases with cerebral ischemia and 20 cases without cerebral vascular disease. Results: The diagnosis of the patients suffering from cerebral pre-infarction phase in the six kinds of magnetic resonance techniques had no other way than perfusion weighted imaging. The characters of stages of regional cerebral hypoperfusion in cerebral pre-infarction phase are as follows: Stage I1, TTP is delayed slightly; Stage I2, MTT is extended markedly; Stage II1, CBV is marked drop; Stage II2, CBV is notable decease. A regression equation built: Y=-0.152+0.295X1+0.332X2+0.076X3+0.187X4-0.155X5, its diagnostic threshold value is 0.36716 and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 77.38 percent. The receiver operating characteristic cure (ROC) indicated that the area under cure was 0.87.Conclusion: Cerebral perfusion weighted imaging is a better diagnostic technique of cerebral pre-infarction phase. Diffusion weighted imaging, after all, is one way of diagnosing cerebral infarction. The consulting images for cerebral perfusion weighted imaging could be provided by method of magnetic resonance angiongraphy.
