Part 1 Fisher discriminant of morphological findings of breast lesions on MSCTObjective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of Fisher discriminant for morphologicalappearance of breast lesions on MSCT.Method: 81 cases with breast mass found by health examination or mammographywere scanned by MSCT with routine and perfusion sequence .According to thepathologic results,two groups of benign and malignant wereclassified.Meanwhile,Chi-square test was performed to pick out the morphologicalsigns with significant difference and then Fisher discrimiant was applied with thesesigns.Result:There was significant differences among calcification ,spiculated,lobulated.The miscarriage probability of justice was 16.67% based on the morphologicalappearances.The sensitivity of detection was 89.47%,specitivity was 70.37%.Conclusion: Fisher discriminant of morphological findings of breast lesions onMSCT has good use for discrimination of benign and malignant lesions.Part 2 Fisher discriminant of functional findings of breast lesions on MSCTObjective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of Fisher discriminant for functional findings of breast lesions on MSCT.Method: 81 cases with breast mass found by health examination or mammography were scanned by MSCT perfusion.According to the pathologic results,the cases were classified into benign and malignant groups, then hemodynamic parameters (BF,MTT,BV)were calculated by deconvolution arithmetic,then t test was performed to pick out the functional findings with significant difference and then Fisher discrimiant was applied with these parameters.Result: In the malignant group,the BF was 0.735 ± 0.440(ml/min/ml), MTT was 22.771 ± 7.647(s), and BV was 0.234 ± 0.082.While in the benign group,the BF was 0.466 ± 0.527(ml/min/ml), MTT was 26.712 ± 12.934(s), and BV was 0.179 ± 0.117.As for BF and BV,there were significant difference between the two groups of malignancy and benign.(P value were 0.017 and 0.015 respectively). The miscarriage probability of justice was 23.81% based on the functional parameters.The sensitivity of detection was 84.21%,specitivity was 59.26%。Conclusion:The BV and BF of malignant mass are higher than benign mass.This character can be used to differentiate the nature of breast lesions to a certain extent. Fisher discriminant of functional findings of breast lesions on MSCT has good use for the discrimination. Part 3 Fisher discriminant of morphological and functional findings of breast lesions on MSCTObjective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Fisher discriminant used in analyzing the breast findings on MSCT,and compare the clinical value of the morphological appearance , perfusion parameters and integration of them under the mode of Fisher discriminant.Method 81 cases with breast mass found by health examination or mammography were scanned by MSCT with routine and perfusion sequence.According to the pathologic results,two groups of benign and malignant were classified.Meanwhile, Chi-square test was performed to pick out the morphological signs with significant difference and then Fisher discrimiant was applied with these signs,hemodynamic parameters were drew by deconvolution arithmetic (BF,BV,MTT),then t test was applied to pick out the findings with significant difference between the two groups,and then Fisher discrimiant was executed with these parameters.Lastly,Fisher discriminant was performed with both of morphological and hemodynamic...
