So it is necessary for further research on the influence of cimetidine on reproduction function of the pregnant mouse and the changes on immune function.This paper used deformity experiment to measure cimetidine on pregnant mouse and development security of subgeneration situation ,including the indexes, such as pregnant mouse's pregnant situation, skeleton deformity of mouse of foetus, viscera deformity and foetus mouse's development, etc. To record the peripheral blood lymphocyte count, the intraperitoneal macrophage count and the ability of primed T cells proliferation induced by macrophage was assessed by Ag specialty lymphocyte transformation in vitro, the effect of cimetidine on antigen presenting capacity of macrophage. Further study cimetidine for immune regulating action during the pregnancy period.The result indicates that cimetidine has not caused monster function to several of mouse of foetus for the man, only there is a little influence on some development indexes of the foetus mouse in the heavy dosage group. Cimetidine has certain influence on the pregnancy rate of the pregnant mouse at big dosage group in addition. Compared with contrast group, cimetidine can have been obvious to increase peripheral blood lymphocyte count and the intraperitoneal macrophage count and increase the ability of antigen presenting capacity of macrophage, and increase IL-2 production by cimetidine. In sum, cimetidine has not caused deformed function to the pregnant mouse, and can improve the immunity of pregnancy period . We think that the recovery of the immunity of pregnant mice may be one of the reasons why the pregnancy rate is drop.
