With the development of national industrialization and urbanization, the incidence of the blood system disease increases gradually. The precise cause of disease of human leukaemia has not been known so far, but a lot of comprehensive factors have been considered related to be the emergence of leukaemia, mainly including virus , inheritance cause , radiation , chemical poisonous substance and medicine ,etc. We have conducted a retrospective case-control 1:1matched study, on the subjects impatients of hematology of the First People's Hospital of Suzhou, diagnosed from June 30 , 2002 to June 31 , 2004. Statistical methods included descriptive statistical, Chi-square tests, univariate and multivariate condition Logistic regression model, Loglinear model. We expect to look for the risk factor of the blood system disease from the social environment , personal behavior factor (including personal characters , eating habit etc. ), the history of the contact of poisonous harmful substances, parents influence factors. Factors of entering multivariate Logistic regression model are as follows: home decoration for 3 years (OR=60.89,P =0.005), busy roads nearby(OR=5.172,P=0.001), chemical plant(OR=25.257,P=0.0001), chemical glue contact history (OR=13.522,P=0.003), The petrol contact history (OR=7.486,P=0.019), agricultural chemical contact history (OR=4.421,P=0.058), father drinks and smoke before bearing (OR=2.259,P=0.038), mother bearing age (OR=5.891,P=0.022). The result of Logit course of Loglinear model analysis: the more kinds to expose to harmful factor, the higher occurrence rate of the malignant blood system disease is. The result of univariate condition Logistic regression model analysis: OR=4.099, P=0.0001, that is :with the harmful factor number increase by 1 each time, the danger of the malignant blood system disease increases by 4.099 times. Conclusion: The environmental pollution of the traffic , the chemical plant, decoration, contact with chemical glue, gasoline and agricultural chemical, father's dranking and smoking before bearing, mother bearing age of 30~35 are risk factors of the blood system disease. As the number of the harmful factors increases, the risk of the blood system disease increases accordingly.
