In recent years, research on anti-bacteria medicine has become a hot topic right now. It is of great significance on how to choose appropriate medicine to set proper treatment solution in the safest and most economical circumstance and get the best treatment. At present, the effective of medicine is mainly decided by the doctors using microscope to observe the form of the bacteria sections and the bacteria developed on drawing, conclusions with experiences. This method mainly depends on the subjective factors and lack objective factors, so it is necessary to use computer technology to accelerate the medical treatment automatically and scientifically. To the problems above, this paper conducts research on the automatic processing of micro bacteria image and analysis by data using computer image processing, pattern recognition and mathematical morphology, etc technologies. As to the problems such as the complexity of image background of the micro bacteria section, this paper presents a method named Region Growing segmentation, which is based on the enhancing preprocess of GMF (Gaussian Matched Filter) we designed. This method has been proved to be a kind of reliable, accurate stable segmentation method through numerous experiments. According to the characteristic of bacteria image processed using our system, we have improved the fast methods of multi-scaled CB morphology filter to remove noise. In addition, we extend the conception of ordered morphology transform, definite the restricted morphology transform, and give its proof of fast calculating. This paper has provided a solution to the technique on micro bacteria image automation detection and its implementation. We achieve satisfying results by a large number of images processing, it set up a foundation for further research on this field.
