The Study On Effect Of Qianlietaixinyin On Zn,Cu And SOD Levels In Prostate Gland

The thesis is clinical and experimental study of Qianlietaixinyin treating chronic prostatis (CP) .The thesis include clinical research and experimental study. In the clinical research,we selected two parts of patients which were chronic bacterial prostates(CBP) and chronic nonbacterial prostates(NBP).NBP:60 cases in therapy group,the fully recovery was 53 cases(88.33%),the improvement was 5 cases,the total effective rate was 96.67%,2 cases was not cure;30 cases in the control group,the fully recovery was 20 casas(66.67%),the improvement was 6 cases,the total effective rate was 86.67%,4 cases was not cure.NBP:60 cases in therapy group,the fully recovery was 52 cases(86.67%),the improvement was 4 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33%,4 cases was not cure;30 cases in the control group,the fully recovery was 18 casas(60.00%),the improverment was 3 cases,the total effective rate was 70.00%,9 cases was not cure.The disparity between the treatment group and fue control group was great.These show that Qianlietaixinyin in effective in treating CBP and NBP,and is better than the control group.In the experimental study we did not find that it has any foxicity and side effects.In the experimental study,we study that Qianlietaixinyin treat the rat's chronic bacterial prostates .Pathology showed that Qianlietaixinyin can improve the absorption of inflammation,it had better effective of diminishing the inflammation.Qianlietaixinyin can improve the level of chronic prostates patients' EPS superoxide dismutase(SOD),free from oxggen free radical,and had the effective of anti-oxidise.lt also can improve the amounts of Zn in the CP patients.Because Zn is the important parts of the PAF of prostate. So it can improve the effect of anti-bacterialin prostate.Through the acute and chronic foxicify fest,we prove that it was safer and non-foxicity.
