Syringa leaf is a kind of ideal abroad-spectrum antibiotic. The inhibition to 24 kinds of bacteria is stronger. Its effective position is concentrated in glucoside and total phenol sour, Syringopicroside is the main component, The pharmacokinetic research has not been reported on Syringopicroside. This study was on Syringopicroside as following.Pretreatment method was set up for plasma sample of Syringopicroside. According to extracting the law by using SPE C18 column, the recovery is 93. 7%. The method was identified to extract the plasma.The reversed high-performance liquid chromatography was performed to determine Syringopicroside in plasma sample The liner relationship was found within 0.1-60μg/ml, precision at high, middle , low doses is less than 5% intra-day and interday respectively indicating that this method is accurate and reliable.With low, middle, high dosage, the rabbits are injected Syringopicroside through pairs jugular vein and femoral vein separately, cross-test itself was lasted for nine days, Syringopicroside was analyzed by the above method. The pharmacokinetic parameters were computed with Multi97V10.The protein binding fraction of Syringopicroside is around 50% at low, medium, high dose.
