The Clinical Observation Of Xiaokangling Ⅰ Treating Positive Antiendometrial Antibody And Turning Negative

The infertility with positive antiendometrial antibody(EmAb) is one of the reasons which cause women's infertility, is paid close attention to more and more by people. A lot of experts think its main pathogenesis is that insufficiency of kidney energy and blood stasis due to Qi stagnation cause blood stasis of uterus. "XiaoKangLing I " has the function of tonifying kidney energy, motivating blood and eliminating stagnation, clearing away heat and detoxifying, which is taken shape by my tutor according to her clinical experimence for many years. This text carry on clinical observation of 60 patients including 30 cases of treatment group treated XiaoKangLing I and that of control group treated by Prednisone. Detection method is enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The result shows that total effective rate of treat group is 86.67% and that of control group is 70% and there is significant difference between two groups. The rate of changing into negative of treatment group is higher than that of control group, which shows that the treatment course of treatment group is obviously shorter than that of control group. The result shows that XiaoKangLing I has the precise function and the reliable curative effect in female infertility due to positive EmAb.
