Clinical Effectiveness Of Fuzhengjiedu Therapy Treatment In Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

PurposeTo observe the effectiveness and safety of Fuzhengjiedu Therapy in treating systemic lupus erythematosusMethods60 cases who coincided with the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus and the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into treating group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases, 2 cases lost), the control group treated with glucocorticoid (prednisone), the treatment group were treated by glucocorticoid and herbal medcine, the course of treatment lasted twelve weeks. The SLEDAI, therapeutic effect of Chinese medical clinical symptom, laboratory examination, dosage of prednisone and adverse reaction of two groups were comparatively observed.Results(1)the clinical cure rate and the total effect rate in the treatment group was 40.0% , 93.3% and 25.0% , 85.7% in the control group. The statistical analysis showed that the total effect of two groups had no difference(p>0. 05). but had a significant difference in the clinical cure rate.(2)Therapeutic effect of Chinese medical clinical symptom the clinical cure rate in the treatment group and the control group was 50.0%, 40.0%, 32.1%, 28.6% The statistical analysis showed that the total effect of two groups had a significant difference(p<0.05).(3) The statistical analysis showed that the SLEDAI scores two groups had a significant difference(p<0.05).(4) The statistical analysis showed the improvement of anti-dsDNA antibody, LMTT and IgA of the treating group was significantly better than the control group.(5) the dosage of prednisone had a significant difference between two...
