Objective: Identify the effect and mechanism of action of Qizhuheji on Acute Lung Injury of Rat induced by bleomycin. Method :Employ Qizhuheji to intervent and treat the Acute Lung Injury of Rat induced by bleomycin, observe the lung appearance , H&E , lung index to identify the curative effect; search the mechanism of action by detecting the level of IL-8 with bronchoalveolar lavage fluid . Result: Qizhuheji can depress the lung index, elevate the life status, lighten the injury by restrain the composition of IL-8. Conclusion: Qizhuheji restrain the accumulation of phlegmasia cell by restraining the overexpression of IL-8, possess the antagonistic effect on oedema, effuion,. haemorrhagia with the Acute Lung Injury of Rat.
