Study On The Change Of Plasma Level Of TNF-α In Children With Congenital Cardiac Disease And Heart Failure And The Therapeutic Effects Of ACEI

Objective To investigate the level of TNF-a in children with heart failure and the therapeutic effects of ACEI.Methods 67 cases were divided into 3 groups according to clinical and experimental data, the control group(28 cases), pneumonia group(20 cases) and heart failure group(19 cases). The plasma level of TNF-a was measured. In 10 patients with heart failure group to compare the plasma level of TNF-a before and after treatment.To measure LA of 11 patients with heart failure by UCG ,and the plasma level of TNF-a was measured.Results The plasma level of TNF-a of congenital heart failure group is higher than pneumonia group(P<0.05), the pneumonia group is higher than control group(P<0.05), The plasma level of TNF-a declined significantly after therapy in heart failure group (34.13±33.86-1.53±1.31) (pg/ml) (P<0.01),HR decreased significantly after therapy in heart failure group(153±16~123±17)(P<0.01).We find significant relationship between LA and level of TNF-a (R=0.875 ; y=5.1104x-36.3618) (P < 0.001).
