The patients of Burn Incorporated with Lung Trauma are frequently found in severe accidents. The conflict focus lies on the anabiosis Transfusion treatment. Given that, shock is foremost conflict for patient in early burn stage, who need plenty of transfusion. However, for the patients of Lung Trauma, the fluid infusion must be limited, when they are in need of large blood supplement. Therefore, in addition to the existence of such conflict, the constantly changing patients' condition as well as the insensitive measurement in chest-X-ray and many other tests, results in the transfusion for shock period becoming difficult. The purpose of this study is to make dynamic detection and analysis of plasma t-PA ,PAI and discuss their quality and quantity feature of anabiosis transfusion through observing the burn incorporated with lung trauma patients in shock period as a research basis for providing a kind of new and sensitive treatment method in clinical therapy.Methods1.The 32 inpatients of Burn Incorporated with Lung Trauma hospitalized in our department, were treated following basic burn anabiosis formula. The patients are categorized in two groups based on the date of Jan 1 st: Group A:&B. The other group is burn cases,30 inpatients .2. The patients in 2 groups were phlebotomized every 12h,(6 am. and pm.). After refrigerated, the blood specimen were tested simultaneously and t-PA and PAI activity assay was measured by chromophorous substrate . As a result, we can detect dynamic changing law of plasma t-PA ,PAI activity.3. For patients in 2 groups, t-PA and PAI activity assay are conducted, 2 specimen are t-tested, and a statistic analysis is followed.Results1. t-PA PAI assay results: It is observed that all-stage t-PA activity values for burned patients are lower than the normal value. PAI activity values for burned patients are higher than the normal value (p<0.05). t-PA activity values for Burn Incorporated with Lung Trauma are lower than the simple burn cases, however, PAI activity is on the contrary.2. The clinical therapy results showed: During two-:day shock period, comparing with Group A, patients in Group B have good effect, ie higher t-PA activity and lower PAI activity. The difference between both has statistical significance.Conclusion1. many other tests, results in the transfusion for shock period becomingdifficult.2.The dynamic detections of plasma t-PA, esp. PAI activity is in directcorrelation with the situation of anabiosis transfusion therapy. Thus, this maybe considered as new principal indicator for detecting patient's condition, analyzing therapy effect and judging prognosis.
