Objective It is proved by clinical study that autografts is the best method in repairing bone defect. In addition for an additional surgical site, other complications have been associated with bone graft havest procedure.Allograft has excellent histological properties, but has immunologic rejection, and ready to be infected with virus. With the development of tissue engineering, the study on biomaterials making good progress. The topic of biocompatibility becomes one of the most important part. The study has two purposes as following:1. To provide experimental basis for clinical application through study on the biocompatibility and security of Mineral-induced Biomaterials in bone tissue engineering.2. To create a cultivate method suitable for our own laboratory, and final complete the study of reconstruction of engineered bone tissue. Methods Human bone marrow stromal cells were isolated from humen bone marrow aspirate by gradient centrifugation. After the successs of hMSCs cultured in vitro ,they were divided into two groups. The test group was cultured with medium which mineral-induced biomaterials had dipped in as well as cultured and implanted onto the mineral-induced biomaterials. The control group was cultured with normal medium. MTT assay was evaluae the cytotoxicity of materials and cell proliferation.
