OSAS is the most common sleep breathing disorders. Now more and more researchers pay attention to it .Its characteristics are repeated attacks of complete or incomplete obstruction of upper airway in sleeping associated with intermittent hypoxemia or hypercapnia and constitutional disturbance of sleep. It may lead to cardiac, pulmonary and cerebral vascular disorders as well as multiorgan dysfunctrion. Even threatens one's life. So it is very important to make clear the mechanism of the disease.
