In our hospital, we cured 45 children who suffer obstetrical palsy. Reviewing these information. In these patients, there are 28 male and 17 female. Which was base on the view we observed in the operation. 9 children belong to the type of Tassin I , 15 children belong to Tassin II, there are 13 patients belong to Tassin III, 6 patients belong to Tassin IV. There are 2 children belong to the type of V which type was claimed by the professor Gu yudong. There is only one child's clavicle is fractured with obstetrical palsy. 5 patients weren't done the operation for some reason. Review the data, whatever the division of the type was claimed by Tassin or the. professor Gu yudong or the professor Zhang xianzhong, all of them can't divided all the patients corrected especially the type of Tassin I or Tassin II. They all can't lead out the method of therapy according to the divided type. We wasted too much time on the divided type before. Now we spend our time on finding an appropriate time out so that the obstetrical palsy children can recover well. Through we analyse the data, we find out the best operative time. So the patient can be operated more early in order to come back their function better. It can also reduce the pain of the patient and the cost of their family. There are 29 children which we find the harm was so heavy that the nerves is rupture or it become the lump. In these patients the youngest one is 45 days. The eldest one is seven years old. The average operative time is 11.2m after they were born. We take the different method for their different instance, for example cut the lump and anastomose the rupture nerve or transplante the nerves to recovering. There are 11 children which we find the hurt is mild when we do the operation. In these patient the nerve is continual and it has no lump. We can only observe that the nerve lose normal luster and the ectoblast become incrassation. In these patients, we make the nerve loose. The youngest one is 3m. the eldest one is seven years old. The average operative time is 30.7m. We compare the operative time ofthese children and find that their function can not reach the expected degree. We observed these 11 children after operation, the observed time is from 6m to 18m. There have 5 children their function recover prefect. The function of other children come back is just so so. There are 5 in 11 do their operation after they were 2 years old. It takes 45%. In these patient there have 2 children have recovered prefect, the other patients have recovered so so. The operation has been done early is 6 children, their function have recovered almost prefect. The main reason is at the beginning months their function come back so fast and so well that the doctors think that they need no operation. In these patient there are 5 children have been done the operation after they were 2 years old. It takes 62.5% that they had done the operation after they were 2 years. For this kind of obstetrical palsy children, we bring forwards an appropriate operative time. Form the information we can find that the children of their harm is heavy can be treat early than the harm is light. The average operative time is 11.2m. the others is 30.7m. why the lighter harm was the later operation was done. We find that in those 11 patients, they recovered so fast and so well that both their parents and doctors believed that they can recover nature. But after three months, their function come back more slow than before, their parents waste too much time on the hope so that the children can't be cured early.
