The Lung And Kidney Relativity Theories Study Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

In this paper, with the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine theories, combining the clinical observing and analysis, the auther researched and analysed the physiology relativity between lung and other organs , and its spread and change regulation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Through the retroversion observing and research of 305 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease inpatients and the covariance analysis, the result indicates: Clinical familiar case types were deficiency of both the spleen and lung , deficiency of both the lung and kidney, and deficiency of all the three. Totally 278 cases, were 91.5% of all the observational cases. It was approved that lung and kidney on physiology and pathologies to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease occurrence and development have mutual effects and the close relativity of the interaction. Through the clinical related parameter analyses in pulmonary system disease, the author expounds that the process and orderliness of disease occurrence from lung to kidney, the Case with a Favourable Prognosis and Deteriorating Case theories of Generation, Restriction, Subjugation, Reversal Restriction in the Five Elements. There are defferent circumstances in progress of disease, Deficiency-Syndrome and Sthenia-Syndrome are also explained in the paper, Case with a Favourable and Deteriorating Case both have light and heavy conditions.
