The Literature And Clinical Research On The Chinese Medical Manifestation Of "Phlegm TCM-syndrome" Of Stroke Disease

In this research, method of review of literal medical records and clinical epidemiology and symbolic statistics were applied. Trough the literature study of stroke disease and the investigation of 151 clinical diseases of stroke disease, author emphasized on analyzing the disturbing law of manifestation in " phlegm TCM-syndrome" of stroke disease. And with this basis, there was discussion on the metrological diagnosis for the diagnosis to the " phlegm TCM-syndrome" of stroke disease. In the same time ,author provide the ground of symbolic statistics for the macroscopic differentiation of herbal syndrome.The result showed :the literal medical records of emphasized disease manifestation more than syndrome manifestation ,and 9 syndromes, such as phlegm rale in the throat, have significant on the phlem TCM-syndrome. Those is their ratio: 1. phlegm rale in the throat point 10; 2. Lusterless facial complexion point10;3. somnolence point 8; 4. Clouded vision point 7; 5. mouth drooling point 7; 6. glomus below the heart point 7;7.fatness of deficiency point 6;8. dementia in spirit affect point 5;9. slimy tongue fur point 4.In this table it is proved that the rate of accordness is 91.39%, the fault rate is 8.61%;the susceptibility is 93.41%; the degree of differential rate is 88.3%. the result accord to the expect.
