Backgrounds: Acetabular Dysplasia of the hip in adults is the common disease in clinic. The concept of Acetabular dysplasia of the hip (DDH) was introduced by Wiberg in the earth of 1939 .most of Acetabular dysplasia of the hip (DDH) are found out when they grow up .DDH are characteristic by shallow and perpendicular cotyla , disproportion of cephalon and cotyla ,the poor containment of caput femoris and anatomical abnormalities of the hip joint arising from a deviation in normal cephalon and cotyla and result in vitodynamical destruction of the hip join, increase abrasion of the hip join and the early degeneration of the hip join.Normal hip join is mortar and pestle—friendship. The stability of Normal hip join include mainly of deep cotyla and caput femoris which penetrate deeply in cotyla, and its external surface is packaged with strong and tenacious capsula articularis coxae which is covered with many ligaments and strong muscle group. Caput femoris is contained well by normal cotyla, which has cocenric citcle relationship with cotyla. The distribution of stress on the surface of hip join is even. The rate of containment of cotyla and caput femoris is 40% in the infant, 60% in young children, and 70% in the adult. The development of cotyla in children mainly depends on the normal stimulus arised from the effect of caput femoris on "Y"cartilage of cotyla. In DDH cotyla and caput femoris lose cocenric citcle relationship, and have poor containment, and are in subluxaion state. They lose anatomical basement of normal vitodynamics. The symptom appears mostly during 20-40 age in DDH in adults. Generally it is not clear in the process of DDH. There is no symptom before osteoarthritis of hip(OAH). Once having OAH complication, the patient has hip and femur pain, and limp. The course of DDH will develop rapidly after OAH, even induce labor disability in the youth. X-ray check-up and measurement may observe the development of cotyla, analyze the stage of DDH, and guide therapy plan. Recently years with the development of spiral computed tomograph and software, the technology of 3-D CT (3DCT) imaging is maturing. 3-DCT can well indicate the direction, deep , form and correspondent relationship of cotyla and caput femoris through the change of parameter. MRI can exactly and overall show pathology change of cotyla, especially cartilage, which help to formulate feasible operational plan. Because it is not clear in the process of DDH, the early stage usually delay therapy, even is misdiagnosed. Objective: This article analyze the cases of DDH in adults collected from the clinic from etiopathogenisis ,patho-anatomical and vitodynamics,clinic,screenage,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis in order to study DDH in adults deeply,To study and discuss the install methods of hip prosthesis while perform a total hip arthroplasy for hypoplastic acetabulum, indicate early diagnosis and right therapy. Method: We analyze clinical symptom and imaging date of 24 cases 28 latero-hip of DDH in adults. And summarise DDH from etiopathogenisis,clinical symptom,screenage,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis. Results:The wounds of patients in the group after the operation were primary healing, without infection or vascular and nerves injury. Hip joint begin to bend and stretch in 5 days after operation, and the patients should walk with cane with the help of the staff after 7 days. X ray shows prosthesis is at normal place. According to Harris score standard there are best 18 latus, better 5 latus, good 5 latus in artificial hip joint replacement patients. The rate of best hip joint is 85.75%. At the follow-up , therecovery of joint function is quicker when the patients were cotyla adopted with the method of operation of deepen cotyla and laying artificial cotyla. The recovery of joint function with the method of cotyla embole and laying artificial cotyla is similar to the method of operation of deepen cotyla and laying artificial cotyla, although fractures at the bottom of cotyla need healing again and the time of weight loading of affect...
