Advances In Research Of Ventricle Remodeling After Acute Myocardial Infarction

[Objective] This Study is to discuss the advances in experiment and clinical research of ventricle remodeling after acute myocardial infarction by traditional Chinese medicinal(TCM) treatment[Method] Collect the relative document of recent year, review the pathogeny, pathogenesis, symptom type, the use of roots of kudzu vine,milkvetch;and compound with invigorating vital energy and the circulation of blood, warming Yang to promote diuresis to ventricle remodeling after AMI. And filtrate the congestive heart failure model animals and the clinical reports on ventricle remodeling after AMI or heart failure primary affected by coronary heart disease., then generalize and analyze.[Result] Review the study on ventricle remodeling after AMI in the documents, and summarize the experience of use of buyang huanwu tang and uzhen wu tang by contemporary TCM doctors. And discuss TCM treatment, include prepared Chinese medicine, injection, and decoction. The study could have some value on experiment and clinical treatment in ventricle remodeling after AMI.[Conclusion] Many research discovery, (1) the treatment of traditional Chinese medicinal treatment or integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on ventricle remodeling after AMI, is helpful to strengthen the contractility of cardiac muscle , improve the hemodynamics, modulate the nerve and body fluid, restrain the apoptosis of cardiac muscle cell , and is more effective and safe than Western Medicine. (2) experiment and clinical research show that roots of kudzu vine, milkvetch, buyang huanwu tang and uzhen wu tang are effective in improving the cardiac functional, abating ventricle remodeling, It should be popularized in the clinical field.
