PrefaceAt present, in clinic, Autogenous nerve grafting was in common use in repairing peripheral nerve damage. It was thought to be a gold standard. But, autogenous nerve grafting can cause new damage, and its source was limited. Recently, the study was focused on using nerve conduits or substitute of nerve instead of the autogenous nerve grafting to promote peripheral nerve to regenerate.The nerve conduit was the inartificial or artificial tube that jointed the damaged nerve. The vein conduit was its representative. The membrane of the vein conduit was thin, and it was favor for the infiltration of the nutrition, the constitution of the new blood transportation and the stabilization of the microenvironment of the nerve regeneration. Where in it can prevent the incursion of the scar. The source of the vein conduit was extensive, and the vein conduit was consistent with the tissue. So it was in common use.The Schwann cell was the main colloid cell of the peripheral nerve system. It can maintain the stabilization of the microenvironment of the neuraxon entourage. In this experiment, Schwann cell was injected into the autogenous vein conduits, so that we can study its effect on the peripheral nerve regeneration.Materials1. Reagents:DMEM tank, serum of the ox embryo, 0. 25% pancreas albumen enzyme, 0.03% collagen albumen enzyme.2. Instrument;Carbon dioxide tank case, centrifugal machine, optics microscope, electron microscope.3. Animal;New Zealand rabbits.Methods1. Cultivation of Schwann cell.2. Determination of Schwann cell.3. Grouping of the experimental animals.4. Observing results by using the optics and electron microscope.5. Using t - test to analyze the results.Results1. The morphology of the Schwann cell:The cell was observed like the shape of the shuttle under the microscope. It was the Schwann cell. And it just liked what the other articles reported.2. The results of the HE dyeing:There were more myelinated nerves in group with Schwann.cell than in control group. And there was significance difference between the two groups in statistics.3.
