In order to evaluate the effect of the L99 oral liquid excreting lead, the first, the lead poisoning mouse model was researched. The lead acetate (PbAC) was used for a poisoning agent, KM mice were given drinking water containing 0. 143g/L 0. 286 g/L . 0. 857g/L. 2. 571g/L(PbAC), At 10th day 20th day 30th day, the concentration of lead in blood, liver, brain, kidney, bone were measured. The results showed that the average body weight and food utilization ratio of KM mice with 0.143g/L , 0. 286 g/L , 0. 857g/L (PbAC) exposure for 30 days werent markedly descent, this method can be used for establishing a lead poisoning mouse model. The second, the effect of the L99 oral liquid excreting lead was studied. The mice were divided into 9 groups. The blank control group was common for the group I and the group II , The blank control group drinking pure water from the experiment beginning, the model control I and the dose group I were given drinking water containing 0. 143g/L PbAC; the model control II and the dose group II were given drinking water containing 0. 857g/L PbAC; At the same time, 5. 00mL(L99 oral liquid)/kgBW was poured into the stomach of the low dose group I II; 10. 00mL(L99 oral liquid)/kgBW was poured into the stomach of the medium dose group I Hand 15. 00mL(L99 oral liquid)/kgBW was poured into the stomach of the high dose group I II for 30 days, then the concentration of lead in blood, liver, brain, kidney, bone were measured by GFAAS. The results showed that the concentration of lead in liver, kidney, bone of every dose group I were lower than the model control I (P<0. 01) , the concentration of lead in blood of every dose group I were lower than the model control I (P<0. 05) , the concentration of lead in brain of high dose group I was lower than the model control I (P<0. 01) ; the concentration of lead in blood, liver, brain, kidney, bone of every dose group II were lower than the model control I (P<0.01). These results showed that the L99 oral liquid has significant effects of excreting lead.
