Silver ion is a perfect disinfector of water in spaceflight due to its sterilized efficacity. The method of silver ion-selective electrode companied with ISA can exactly measure the content of silver ion in drinking water for spaceflight rapidly. To study the effects of silverionized water on the intestinal microecology and nutrition metabolism in simulated weightless rats and the effects of oligosaccharides on simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized water, SD male rats were randomly divided into ground control group(GC),simulated weightless control group(SC), simulated weightless group treated with drinking silverionized water (SS), and simulated weightless group treated with silverionized water and oligosaccharides (SPS). Three animal experiments were carried out respectively. The first study was the effects of oligosaccharides on the intestinal microecology in simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized drinking water, and concluded that silverionized water whose concentration was 0.20mg/L made the number of probiotics which was G~+ decrease in simulated weightless rats, and these change took a long time; and oligosaccharides had a positive effect on those in the simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized water. The second study was the effects of oligosaccharides on the bone metabolism and bone biomechanics in simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized drinking water, and concluded that silverionized water had a negative effect on the bone metabolism and material properties in the simulated weightless rats, and oligosaccharides had a positive effect on those in the simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized water. The third study was the effects of oligosaccharides on the liquid metabolism in simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized drinking water, and concluded that silverionized water had a negative effect on the liquid metabolism in the simulated weightless rats, and oligosaccharides had a positive effect on those in the simulated weightless rats treated with silverionized water.
