Objective In recent years, woundabrasion is widely used in early stage on deep partial thinkness burns. Under a large number of clinical cases , woundabrasion can alleviate the imflammation degree of burn wound. Pseudomonas aerugnosa has been known to the most seen bacteria isolated from burn wound recently. To investigaste the envasive infection effects of woundabrasion and tangensile, rat models with pseudomonas aerugnosa were selected so as to put on theoretical evidence for clinical application.Methods Fifty four male wistar rats were used and randomly divided. One group of 20 rats is infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa after woundabrasion,the second group of 20 rats is infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa after tangensile, and the coutrolling group of 14 rats have no treatment but only infected with pseudomonas aerugnosa after burn.. The three groups killed in 3rd, 5th, 7th day after burn and take blood from left ventricle, then let them to cultivate in the inobator. Cut wound tissuesample to investigate pathological changes and tissue bacterial accountant. Sections of wound biopsies were stained with haematoxylin(HE) staining for observing the inflammatory reaction degree, with Masson's thrichromatric staining for identifying the extent of the injured tissue.Conclusion From this study, we can know five points: (1) This study is some of new and has sure objective. (2) We have successfully created a pseudomonas aeruginosa model of 10%TBSA of rats. The sepsis symptoms turn up typically. (3) The positive rates of blood cultivate tissue bacterial accountant after woundabrasion is lower than that of tangensile and controlling group. It illustrates that woundabrasion has the precaution effect to deep partial thickness burns. (4) The sepsis rate after woundabrasion is lower than that of tangensile . Combinated with clinical cases, we can consider that woundabrasion is a better surgery than tangensile of treating deep partial thickness burns. (5) The deep partial thickness burns wound could suffered progressive injury in early stage. Its mechanism maybe involve removing the necrotic tissue in the wound, alleviating the excessive inflammatory response.
