| Object: To investigate the pathogenesis of Chronic Nonspecific Ulcerative Colitis(CNUC) in the aspect of immunity, demonstrate the clinical effect of Wumeiwan by experimental method.Methods: we made experimental research on the chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis treated by Wumeiwan. Forty-six rats were divided at random into four groups. Three animal model groups of CNUC were made by immunology methods. The three groups were treated by Wumeiwan, Salicylazosulfa-pyridine(SASP), water respectively. The normal group was also given by the same amount of water. To observe the change of the SOD, Ea-RFC, Et-RFC, and deal with all data by statistical analysis.Result: The SOD, Ea-RFC, Et-RFC of model blank group were decreased compared with the nomal blank group (P<0.01) , The SOD, Ea-RFC, Et-RFC of Wumeiwan group, SASP group were increased compared with the model blank group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), The Wumeiwan group were similar with the SASP group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The immune function can be adjusted by Wumeiwan. Wumeiwan can increase E-RFC and eliminate OFR. It also can protect the colonic mucous membrance. |
