Objective:Expression of II -10 and TNF- α in the serum of Children patients was respectively detected before and after treatment. In doing so, immuned function and connection with syndrome differentiation of Chinese blood stadsis-removing drugs taken by Schonlein-Henoch Purpura(HSP) patients were observed. Methods:ELISA was ESPplied to observe the expression changes of IL-10 and TNF-α in the serum. Results:In the acute stage, level of IL-10 and TNF-α of the patients was higher than that of normal group. In the relieved stage, there was not different between the patients and the normal group (p>0. 05).Conclusions:①Chinese drugs of blood-stasis-removing could regulate the expression of IL-10 , TNF- α in the serum of HSP patients. ②There is connection between the expression changes of IL-10 and TNF-α syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
