TNF-a Gene Polymorphisms In Myasthenia Gravis

Objective To discuss the characterestics of TNF-a gene polymorphisms in myasthenia gravis patients and the relationship between their immune treatment and TNFA gene polymorphisms.Method To select the blood of 70 MG patients and 40 yong stroke patients,extract DNA and practize allele specific PCR to detect TNF- a gene polymorphisms,also compare genotype and allele among different subclass and the relationship of prognosis.Result The TNF- alpha - 308 spots genes polymorphisms has no obvious relevance with the MG patient's sex, the age, sickness, the chest gland exceptionally or not, the curative effect and the serious degree and so on the clinical characteristic. But the clinical characteristic and the curative effect have close correlation, in which the age is to be influential to the curative effect, also the younger the MG patient is, his hormone treatment result is better; About the serious degree of different MG patient, hormone curative effect is different, the serious degree lighter his hormone treatment result is better. In addition, the MG patient's serious degree has relation with the age and the chest gland exceptionally , the younger the MG patient is, his condition is lighter, moreover the chest gland normal MG patients compare the chest gland unusual MG patients in serious degree to be lighter.Conclusion The TNF genotype and the MG patient's clinical characteristic does not have the obvious relevance. Clinical characteristic and MG curative effect and condition serious degree close correlation, therefore may through the clinical characteristic extrapolation curative effect and the condition serious degree.
