Aims: Primary liver carcinoma (PLC) is a kind of malignant tumor, in which there are more than 90% hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The noeogenesis of HCC is related to several factors, among them the hepatitis B virus (HBV) Infection is the most important factor. Chemotherapy is the important treatment for HCC, but the multi drug resistance (MDR) of HCC is the main problem with the treatment. Some researches have already shown that HBV infection do has some influences on the biological behaviors of HCC. To detect theinfluences of HBV infection on the biological behaviors and MDR in HCC may help to learn the traits of hepatocellular carcinoma anddesign the efficient medicine plans. Methods:1 The examination of expression of P-gp, Topo- II and variable p53 protein in non-HBV-related and HBV-related HCC specimens. The states of HBV infection were determined by serum tests in serum of 60 cases of patients with HCC. Meanwhile, all HCC specimens were examined for P-gp ,Topo- II and variable p53 protein by using in streptavidin-peroxidase (S-P) immunohistochemical method . All HCC specimens must have the indispensable clinical data.2 MTT assay was used to detect the inhibition rate of non-HBV-related and HBV-related HCC cell.Different concentration of ADM, EADM, 5-Fu, HCPT, DDP, VCR and VP-16 were used to effect on QGY- 7701, QGY-7703, 2215, HHCC, SMMC-7721,HepG2 cells. OD was measured by ELISA at 72 hours , and inhibition was counted. Then ID50 wascounted by SPSS software. Results:1 HBV infection positively correlations with Edmondson grades, the elevation of serum α-fetoprotein (AFP) levels, intraportal carcinoma embolism , intrahepatic metastasis, and improvement of serum aminotransferase (P<0.05)2 The expression of P-gp and variable p53 protein were related to...
