| 1. To master the way of setting up the model of segmental small bowel transplantation heterotopically in rats.2. To prepare monoclonal antibodies against humen RANTES molecule and identify the distribution of RANTES in rat small intestine after small bowel transplantation. Provided a new experiment method for research the distribution and function of RANTES.3. Established RANTES ELISAkit, detected the RANTES concentration in rat serum of every group, investigated its value in early diagnosis of transplantation rejection.METHODS1. Heterotopic small bowel transplant was carried out between closed population mature male SD and Wistar rats. All recipients were divided into four groups and each group contains 18/24 rats. Group 1, SD; Group2, SD→SD; Group 3, SD→Wistar; Group 4, SD→Wistar+FK506 (1.0 mg· kg-1·d-1, im).
